Every treatment with Natalie is a personalized experience. She often incorporates modalities including Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Circulatory Massage, Stretching, and Thai Massage techniques. Your customized session may include cupping, infra-red light therapy, and/or hot Himalayan salt stones.
At Wellness Woman, we understand that time is valuable to everyone. That's why we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your scheduled service.
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice of their scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service reserved. This fee is required to be paid before booking any future services with our business.
In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the client will be required to pay 100% of the service reserved before being eligible to book again.
